How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collection, select your size, and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout process to complete your order securely.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at our Contact page if you need to make changes.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes — a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address as soon as your order is placed successfully.

How do I find my size?

We recommend checking our Size Chart Guide before ordering. All measurements are provided in both inches and centimetres.

Do RARE RASU garments run true to size?

Most of our pieces are true to size with a relaxed or regular fit. Individual product pages include specific fit notes. When in doubt, size up.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India. International shipping availability will be announced soon.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please visit our Shipping & Returns page for full details.

Product Care

How should I care for my RARE RASU garments?

We recommend cold machine wash or hand wash for most pieces. Always check the care label on your garment. Avoid tumble drying to preserve fabric quality and print integrity.
