Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days across India.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. (Enjoy Free Shipping on prepaid orders).

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Damages or Issues

RARE RASU ensures premium packaging, but if you receive a damaged parcel, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
